Hello!!! Gosh so much to share so little time!! My partner in dirt Megan and her family are on an epic adventure across the pond. I am so excited to see what she gets to experience there. With that being said we are brainstorming ways she can still be connected here with Soil and Stone. I am impatiently awaiting my arrival of about 15 different floral seeds from Floret Flower Farm 🎉😍 I’m plotting out our very small property to smash in as much beauty as possible! Also putting my feelers out for the best herbal starts around. I was able to get some herbs in the greenhouse to keep them going through the winter. Also I am so excited to start sharing some stones and crystals I’ve gotten my hands on to share with you all!! We want to pair these with herbs ( fresh and dried ) as well as the
Properties they carry. Lastly I am currently enrolled in the herbal academy skin care course. My background in make up artistry and cosmetics being married with my love of the earth and natural healing is pushing me towards crystal & herbal facials! With all that brewing I hope to jump on here more often with goodies to buy and information to consume🌿💎🌸

Hey friends! Megan here. Recently my family and I moved to Japan, so a little bit of adjustment has been going on. Amanda and I are in the quiet season of flowers, but still have a lot of stone and herb knowledge to share ✨

Herbal Academy is where I am currently taking classes and they always have great seasonal recipes to support your mind and body. Check this out for a yummy and supporting hot chocolate! Peppermint brings an uplifting vibe and helps with anxiety (this time of year especially!). What’s more comforting on a cold, rainy afternoon what a warm mug of cocoa?

RETREAT UPDATE:
Hello friends! Amanda and I have realized that this retreat being during the holiday season may make it difficult for people to attend and spend the money. We completely understand that and really just want to offer something to bring people together in a warm and inviting space to learn, grow, and connect. So, to make it more doable we've decided to switch things up!

The Winter Solstice Retreat will now be held in Tacoma from 3-8pm on Saturday December 18th. It will include:

*History, symbolism, herbs, and crystals of Winter and Yule
*Guided meditations
*Yuletide rituals & crafts
*Winter time meal with drinks & treats
*Full Moon Circle
*plus extra goodies!

The price is $66 and space is limited.

This weekend we sat in circle and honored the changing of the season, the Autumn Equinox. With flowers, crystals, herbs, history, and Mother Earth underneath, holding us in safety and peace, we came together to give 9 beautiful women an opportunity to feel heard and feel beautiful.

So much gratitude to everyone who joined and sat in this sacred space with us. Many thanks to Carlon Ryan of Calisto Collective for guiding us, and Liz Greco of Olalla Forest Retreat for your magical space & affirmations.
