Position Description:
Mandatory schedule is Saturday and Sunday for deliveries, Monday 9am-4pm, Tuesday 9am-4pm for cleaning and warehousing, and the occasional one off event delivery Wednesday-Friday. You will work between 32-40 hours a week.

We are looking for a dedicated employee who wants to be a crucial part of the Florida Bounce Party Team. We need strong, reliable, and motivated help. This position pays $600, after taxes, per week for 32 hours with a bonus program for busier weeks (averages out to $20-28 an hour). This position is designed to teach logistics and leadership and has the potential for a promotion to a Crew Leader after 1 year which would include a raise and additional incentives.
Responsibilities Include:
-Delivery and setup of rental items
-Customer service and professionalism
-Rental pickups and restocking in warehouse
-Cleaning and sanitizing rental equipment
This position requires that you be able to physically handle and operate very heavy equipment. For health and safety reasons your fitness will be a qualifying factor for this position.
If you have health problems or are not capable of physically handling 500-1,200 pound equipment, **please do not apply.**
This position requires that you have a valid license and good driving record. It also requires that you be able to work on public property including schools, churches, and other properties that are protected by The Jessica Lunsford Act.
