We want to take a moment to clarify a situation regarding our planned collaboration with the King of Karaoke event.

We were excited to partner with their team and had agreed to collaborate on the event. Unfortunately, the event was cancelled by their team without notification to us. We only became aware of the cancellation after the fact.

We are always happy to collaborate with other businesses and organizations when we can come together to create something great for our community. However, when an event is cancelled without communication to us, it can unfortunately create confusion and reflect on our business even though we had no knowledge of the cancellation and no involvement in the decision.

We sincerely apologize to anyone who may have been confused or inconvenienced by this situation. Please understand that we had no prior knowledge that the event was being cancelled and, therefore, had no opportunity to notify our vendors, attendees, or community.

We wish the King of Karaoke team the best and appreciate everyone’s understanding. Communication and transparency are extremely important to us, and we will always do our best to keep our vendors, attendees, and community informed when changes occur that are within our knowledge or control.

Thank you for continuing to support our small business and the events we work so hard to bring to our community.

BIG NEWS! We’re making a few changes behind the scenes at For the Love of Shopping!

Over the next 10–14 days, we’ll be transitioning our event platform from Eventeny to VendorsMap.

What does this mean for you?

For our VENDORS, all of our upcoming event applications will eventually be available through our new VendorsMap page.

For our SHOPPERS & ATTENDEES, you’ll also be able to follow us there and easily find information about our upcoming events, dates, locations, and more!

I’ll be working hard over the next couple of weeks to get all of our events moved over and everything organized.

We’ll make another announcement when we are officially LIVE and ready to go!

In the meantime, you’re welcome to create a FREE VendorsMap account and follow For the Love of Shopping so you can be one of the first to know when our events are added.
