Booking season is here.

If you got engaged recently, or if you have been putting off locking in your vendors, this is the window that matters. The couples who book their coordinator in the fall are the ones who have someone in their corner during the decisions that shape the entire day.

Venue contracts. Vendor selections. The questions nobody tells you to ask until it is too late to ask them.

The couples who wait until spring are the ones who find out their coordinator's calendar is already full.

If you are planning a wedding in Central Florida or the Space Coast and you want elevated coordination — link in bio. Let's talk before the calendar fills up.

Lavender on the Lake is the kind of venue that does not need to try hard.

The setting does the work. The water, the landscape, the way the light moves through the space at different points in the day. The beauty of the venue is that it is built for couples who want their wedding to feel like it belongs somewhere specific, not like it could have happened anywhere.

What it requires is a coordinator who knows how to work with a venue like this. One who understands the layout, has built the relationships with vendors who know the space, and has planned the day so the venue does what it does best.

Three events in one week.

That means three sets of vendor conversations, three rooms full of energy, three opportunities to show up for this industry and the couples in it. It also means three nights away, long days on your feet, and a brain that does not stop running even when the events do.

This is what the quiet looks like in between.

A hotel room. A laptop. A moment to catch up, follow up, and process everything that just happened before the next thing starts.

People ask what it looks like to be fully invested in this work. Sometimes it looks like the room. Sometimes it looks like this.

Fifteen years of doing this work means I have coordinated a lot of weddings.

Every single one has had at least one moment where something needed to be handled quickly, quietly, and without the couple ever knowing it happened.

This one was no different.

What was different — what is always different — is the couple. Their vision, their priorities, the specific version of this day that mattered to them. That is what I build the plan around. That is what makes every wedding different even when the logistics look the same.

If you want someone who has seen almost everything and handles it before it reaches you — link in bio.

I spent the last two days at the CFWA Summit with some of the most respected professionals in the wedding industry.

New vendor relationships. Updated best practices. Conversations about what is changing in the market and what couples are asking for right now.

Here is why that matters to you: a coordinator who stays current brings that knowledge directly to your wedding. The vendors I know, the trends I understand, the industry shifts I am ahead of — all of it shows up in how I plan and execute your day.

Hiring someone who invests in staying educated is not a nice-to-have. It is the difference between a coordinator who is current and one who is working from what she knew three years ago.

Your wedding deserves someone who is always learning.

The Orlando Bridal Show was this weekend and it was exactly what I hoped it would be.

Couples who came in with real questions. Conversations about what coordination actually looks like versus what most people assume it is. A few connections that felt like the right fit from the first five minutes.

If we spoke at the show, I meant everything I said. Reach out when you are ready and let's keep the conversation going.

If you missed it and you are planning a wedding in Central Florida — link in bio. Everything I would have told you at the show is one conversation away.

If you are planning a wedding in Central Florida and you will be at the Orlando Bridal Show this weekend — come find me.

I have been coordinating weddings in this market for fifteen years. I know the venues, the vendors, and the logistics that make the difference between a wedding day that runs and one that doesn't.

If you want to talk through what elevated coordination actually looks like for your specific wedding — I will be there Sunday, August 23rd.

Come say hello. Let's figure out if I am the right fit for your day.

A bridal show is one of the most efficient ways to meet vendors in a short amount of time.

It is also one of the easiest places to get overwhelmed and walk away without the information you actually need.

Here is what I tell every couple before they go:

Know your priorities before you walk in. If you need a coordinator, go in with questions — not just vibes. Ask her what she does before your wedding day, not just on it. Ask how many weddings she takes per year. Ask what happens when something goes wrong.

The right vendor will have real answers.

I will be at the Orlando Bridal Show on August 23rd. Come find me and let's have that conversation in person.
