Day Of Coordinator duties will include :
ā€¢ set up detailed rehearsal, ceremony & reception
ā€¢ discuss with vendors order of events for both ceremony and reception
ā€¢ set up of decor provided by couple

Week Of Coordinator duties will include :
ā€¢ set up detailed rehearsal, ceremony & reception
ā€¢ discuss with vendors order of events for both ceremony and reception
ā€¢ set up of decor provided by couple
ā€¢ follow up calls with provided vendors
ā€¢ week in advance meeting with couple
ā€¢ walk through at selected venue
