This summer was filled with so many great moments. My nephew got to experience his very first pig roast, we shared chicken cutlet sandwiches on the beach, and I still made time to celebrate birthdays and holidays with family and friends. In between I had the honor of catering amazing events for incredible clients.

I am beyond grateful for every opportunity, every celebration, and every plate served. For every belly filled with our delicious food made with love. Here is to family, food, and the memories that bring us all together. salute!

This past Tuesday I had the honor of doing a drop off for Erik at Newbaker Funeral Home and the Blairstown Hose Company #1 Erik has trusted me multiple times to provide meals for first responders, and I am truly grateful for that. The care and respect he shows to families is something I have experienced personally, and it mirrors the way I strive to treat every client of mine, as if they were my own family.

As someone who has been a volunteer firefighter for over 16 years, I have a deep appreciation for the hard work, sacrifice, and dedication of our fire departments. It is always a privilege to serve those who serve others, and to stand alongside people like Erik who put honor and respect at the heart of everything they do.
