This year marks a huge milestone for us, 11 years in business since we started in August 2015.
Our first real event, what we call our “break in the grill,” was April 23, 2016 at the Mansfield Township Fire House. That was the day it all became real.
We fired everything up and served the three sandwiches that helped put us on the map, Tijunia Meatloaf, Italian Roast Pork, and Pulled Pork & Coleslaw.
That day meant more than just food. We gave everything away and asked for donations for the fire house and Mansfield Police, giving back to the community that supported us from day one.
From the start, our mission was not just to serve great food, it was to take the stress off your shoulders and bring hot, fresh food to you so you can actually enjoy time with your friends and family. That’s what matters most to us.
Over the years, we’ve had the honor of working with so many incredible people. If you’re reading this, you’ve been part of that journey. Whether you booked us, referred someone, or just stayed subscribed, thank you.
Some of you may remember our dad, one of the original owners and the heart behind it all. As our catering director, he was the voice you spoke to and the one who made sure every event went the way it should.
We lost him in October 2024. Through every event in 2025, my brother Tom Jr. and I carried things forward the way he would have, making sure every detail was right and every guest was taken care of.
We’re proud to keep this going, honoring his legacy with every meal we serve and every belly we fill.
We couldn’t have made it this far without all of you. We’re grateful to be part of your events, your memories, and your lives over the past 11 years. This is something we will never take for granted.
