Are you friendly, organized, and eager to make a difference in a vibrant nursery and floral environment? We’re seeking a customer-focused Support Assistant to join our team! This hybrid role combines frontline customer service with nursery and floral support, all based at our beautiful nursery location.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and handle inquiries in person and over the phone
Create and manage work tickets for landscape crews
Process payments, including POS, credit cards, and cash, with accurate reconciliation
Maintain customer records and follow up on service quotes
Assist with nursery duties like plant care, watering, and inventory
Support floral operations during busy times with order prep and packaging
Keep the front counter and displays tidy and inviting
Support logistics with small deliveries and material handling
Share ideas to improve efficiency and reduce waste
🔹 Qualifications:
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
Customer service experience preferred
Willingness to learn nursery and floral operations
Positive attitude and team spirit
🔹 Details:
Full-time, 40 hours/week
Primarily on-site at our nursery
