One of my favorite cities in the world is New Orleans. From the culture, to the music, people and of course the food! I’ve enjoyed some of the best seafood there. And since I’m not in the N.O., I had to bring the N.O. to me!

My signature seafood boil is loaded with juicy shrimp, tender crab legs, lobster tails and perfectly seasoned potatoes and corn all soaked in a rich, buttery blend of Cajun spices. And just when you think it couldn’t get better… we pair it with my homemade seafood dressing. Savory, flavorful, and the perfect complement to every bite.

Before I feed the community at large, I always get to feed my own family and this Thanksgiving was extra special. We not only shared a beautiful meal, but we also celebrated my dad’s 60th birthday! What made it even more meaningful was bringing back some of my grandma’s recipes he’s missed for so long. Seeing him enjoy those familiar flavors was a reminder of the power of food to connect generations. Grateful for family, love, and traditions that never fade!
