The establishment has operated as a restaurant and bar since 1964, opening in October of

2012 under new leadership. We accept walk-ins Weds-Fri 5-9pm, and Sat, 4-9pm. For parties of 9 or more, please contact [email protected]

COVID Requirements:
Indoor diners 12 years or older must have proof of full vaccination or 72-hour negative test, along with photo ID. Outdoor diners do not. All patrons must wear masks indoors while traversing the restaurant. To-go drinks can be ordered at the bar while wearing a mask and without proof of vaccine or test, as long as they the drinks consumed elsewhere.

Our prized cocktail, Supply & Demand, is back on the menu!
The drink arrived at Bull Valley in 2014, when there was a major shortage of limes. The acid from this vinegar forward shrub helped balance this juicy summer cocktail. Made with tequila, “evening vermouth”, and our house made strawberry shrub.
Our Strawberry shrub is made by macerating fresh strawberries in white vinegar and a splash of p/x sherry, then again in raw sugar to boost that strawberry flavor. The resulting mix makes a delicious mixer for cocktails and mocktails!

While we are CLOSED for dinner service July 2-4…our lodge and courtyard will be OPEN for you all on Thursday July 3rd from 12-8. We will be smoking meats all day and serving up tasty beverages from the lodge. Grab your bbq and relax in our backyard patio garden. The day before the 4th is also a perfect day grab a bottle from our bottle shop. We will have a number of bottles out for you to choose from.
This will be a ship event. So please enter through our courtyard and order in the lodge..

It’s almost time for the annual Port Costa town-wide yard sale!

This is the magical day once a year that our entire town is full of treasures and fun. Neighbors and artisans from nearby will be selling antiques, art and curiosities of all kinds. Mark your calendar!

We will be open 12-9 and dining reservations are HIGHLY recommended.

The results are all kinds of interesting profiles, ranging from bright to bitter, grape forward to medicinal.
While often used as ingredients in mixology, we have a selection here that are delicious straight from the bottle as well, and perfect for warm spring and summer days ahead🌞

THE SATURN 🪐
This historical, balanced, and surprisingly flavorful cocktail first appeared in Southern California tiki bars in the 1960s. It brings the citrus, juiciness and spice of a tropical drink, but with a nice dry gin base, instead of the usual rum.
We make our version with housemade falernum & passion fruit syrup, orgeat, and fresh lemon. Give it a try and let us know what you think!
