Pofokes Closed for Winter, will open again March 1, 2022, may be open occasionally during winter. Call 360-7 I cook one pie at a time.

I create traditional, neapolitan-style pizzas, making dough each day using Tipo 00 flour. These are thin crust pizzas and are best enjoyed with just a few toppings. It takes just 90 seconds to cook a 1 meat and 2 veggie topping pizza. From order to delivery takes about 5 minutes average, depending upon complexity of the order. (A small pie and a medium pie take the same time to cook and each pie c

ooks by itself). So, if I am building and cooking 3 pies for you, it will take 10 - 15 minutes once I start building the first pie.

Hi guys. Always check the website for most recent information. Pofokes is closed now for the winter. I may open on occasion and will post on Facebook if I do.
