We are very proud of every element of this sandwich yall. It took us 2 weeks to really nail down the proper Vietnamese style French Bread resulting in a slightly crispy outside and a cloud like inside. Needless to say Fancy Friday this week is off the chain! There's a secret ingredient thats very important to all Bahn Mi....IYKYK

I left fine dining yrs ago because I hated that my friends couldn't afford to eat my food all the time....sometimes I like to just eat the food cost and flex. This dish is as classic as it gets 💙

The first time i saw my husband put American Cheese on a pulled pork sandwich, I almost slapped it out of his hands, but its really good. I stand corrected Kyle Ivy

It feels like Summer now and that means BBQ! We smoked this pork with Pecan Wood for 12 hrs Baby!

My first memories in the Kitchen were sitting on our counter helping my dad cut biscuits...we had an extraordinary garden with a little strawberry patch and my dad would make life changing Strawberry Preserves...The first time I ever got stung by a bee was picking berries in that little patch with him.
When all the stars aligned, he would add a touch of sugar to his Buttermilk Biscuits and make us "Strawberry Shortcakes". This Biscuit is a taste of my Childhood Summers. Such sweet memories that made me fall in love with food.
I can see a future where you'll be able to come to Bleu Collar Bake House and get this Biscuit fresh from the oven 🥹
