This week we sat down as a team and talked about the goals we want with our demos, routines, and skills. So many weapons and event ideas!!! 🙌🏼

The takedowns are proving to be a challenge to some of the Dragonz and Imoogis. At least they learned how to fall properly first 😅 it’ll take a little more time to get the hang of it but they’re determined and willing to put forth the practice! 💙

The Blue Dragonz and Imoogis (minus Viper) 💙

Our first training week was a BIG W! Everyone got to know, encourage, and work with each other. Most Imoogis picked out their nickname (to be revealed later) and the Dragonz have been great in helping them choreograph their signature moves 😁 we can’t wait to see how everyone progresses in the upcoming weeks!
