Our courtyard got a MAJOR upgrade! We were chosen as a recipient of the Amex Shop Small Grants Program with support from American Express and Main Street America, we’ve received a $20,000 grant to help us grow, innovate, and support our community.

This grant was more than just funding; it was an investment in our vision, our growth, and our ability to continue showing up for our community in meaningful ways. Most importantly, it helped us create a space that brings accessibility, connection, and something truly unique to our town.

Because of this opportunity, we were able to transform our courtyard into a one-of-a-kind space filled with warmth, trendy European charm, and an atmosphere unlike anything else in Ponca City.

Our courtyard has so much potential but needed a vision. It needed more charm and usable space to gather. Thanks to tons of Pinterest searching and design skills. This was the final project!

Last night was extra special at Harvest Hall. We had the honor of hosting a rehearsal dinner for a wonderful couple who traveled to Ponca City for their wedding at the beautiful Marland Mansion.

What made it even more meaningful is that they have no direct ties to Ponca City — they simply fell in love with the Mansion and chose our community for one of the most important moments of their lives. It’s a reminder of just how special the Marland Mansion truly is and how people from all over are drawn to its beauty and history.

The couple supported local every step of the way — enjoying catering from Affairs to Remember at Harvest Hall and staying in local Airbnbs throughout their visit. One of our favorite moments of the evening was when they asked, “What’s up with all the foxes?” and we got to share the story and charm behind Ponca City’s fox tradition.

We were proud to give them the warmest Ponca City welcome and honored they chose Harvest Hall to celebrate life’s most precious moments.

Congratulations to the happy couple, and thank you for choosing Harvest Hall and supporting local businesses in our community!
