The Cottage at Fern Oak Estate is one of the coziest spots on the property. This is another one of our buildings to stay in apart from the main house, it has a bathroom and kitchenette for your guests convenience. Sleeping a total of 6 people with 4 twin size bunk beds and 1 king size bed. It is the perfect place for the kids to relax in, while also being super accessible from the lake area. Along with it being so close to the water, there is an absolutely stunning view of the lake. This is definitely the go-to spot for some quiet time if any of your guest need the space.

Do your guests need a break after a day full of craziness at your event? One of the alternative sleeping arrangements that is away from the main house is the lake house. Aside from the entertainment aspects in this building, it is also a comfortable place for your guests to stay at during your event. It can sleep 6 guests, and has 3 1/2 bathrooms. Each room has a flat screen TV and their own bathrooms. Your guests will get the peace and quiet that they need when they stay at the lake house.

We’re always keeping up at Fern Oak Estate… even the “Barn Quilt” sign on our Commercial Grade gym needs a finish up now and then.
