I decided I wanted a quick and light soup with a bit of cream, so I made something I thought would be good with spinach and as I ate it, I realized the flavor was ALOT like olive gardens chicken gnocchi soup. So curious, I looked up a recipe and I had actually accidentally made it, minus the chicken and gnocchi, SOOOO I will be selling my interpretation of chicken gnocchi soup Wednesday with homemade gnocchi!!!

I regret to inform you, I’m closing my page for the time being. While I’ve appreciated the past support and the ability to still “work” while waiting for disability, lately it has cost me more than I’ve made since I do mostly use organic ingredients for my meals. This was not an easy decision to make but ultimately I can’t afford it anymore.

Thank you to those who have supported me, let me show my love through food, and for letting me continue to feel useful, I will miss you all, especially my wonderful regulars.
