It's been a while since I've made a list of things I offer as family meals. I've updated this a bit but I'm sure I'm missing more things! All you have to do is ask, and if I can make it, I will!
Struggle meals have made a comeback because we all are trying to stretch our dollars in these crazy times.. Below is a list of things that I make frequently, and can be ordered for the following week of family style meals. Please feel free to reach out with your orders, because that is how I make a living. Hello Friends! Later this week I'll have 2 family sized Mexican Green Spaghettis! Full of delicious and creamy spaghetti made from peppers, cheese, creams, spices and ham, this is a great dish for everyone! Topped with Italian mozzarella! 5 lbs for $35 or take both for $60! It does freeze pretty well!

Hello friends! Crazy weather we're having! I have 1 extra family sized Shepherd's/ Cottage Pie made with delicious shredded/ chopped roast beef, peas, carrots and a rich beef gravy topped with mashed potatoes and shredded cheese. Take and bake! Pickup in polo. $35
Feed the family!

Today I have 2-2 lb. containers of fresh tuna salad available! $15 for 2 lbs. That is cheaper than most house made tuna salad at stores, and way more delicious!
Pack your lunch, make tuna melts or sandwiches for dinner, or eat on crackers or in mini peppers for a snack!! Pickup in polo. ❤

What a crazy year and a half it's been!! Unfortunately, I will not be opening my books for next year until end of this year at minimum due to food shortages and crazy inflation. But, I will continue family meal specials; (contact me for the following)
Lasagna, cheese ravioli with seasoned ground beef topped with Italian mozzarella, beef stroganoff, chicken and biscuits, Shrimp or chicken 3 cheese fettuccine alfredo, strombolis, chicken teriyaki stir fry with rice, McDonald's copycat burritos, ham and turkey sliders on jumbo Hawaiian rolls, gluten free meatball casserole with pepperoni, 2 sauces and topped with Italian mozzarella, tinga chicken and rice burritos covered in queso, beef, bean and rice burritos covered in queso, chicken suiza enchiladas, Mexican green spaghetti, and holiday favorites as long as I can still get everything I need.
I can still do smaller parties, salads, meats, vegetables, and ham balls for the holidays!! Don't forget lasagna, it's one of the best lasagnas around, and it is perfect for your Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day dinner! Sometimes spending more quality time with your family than in the kitchen is a great blessing! Thank you, Mindy. ❤

Getting married? Having a reunion? Can you bring in your own catering?! I'm your girl!!
Tonight's wedding- 175 people.
Total for Ala Carte meal with set up and delivery? $7.86 a person. Isn't that insane?!!! You can't go anywhere else for that price that included two meats with buns and sauce, two vegetables, and three salads. Homemade and delicious!!! Get your orders in!!
