Many of you have asked: Why Barbados? Last month, I went on an impactful journey. I was invited along with 17 ladies by our business coach into her home for a wonderful retreat.
I arrived thinking I was stepping into a few days of learning and business conversations, but I left with something much deeper. I left feeling inspired, energized, connected, and reminded of the importance of investing in ourselves.
There is something incredibly powerful about stepping away from your everyday environment and giving yourself permission to pause and dream bigger. Sometimes we become so focused on doing that we forget the value of simply creating space to think, reflect, and listen.
One of my favorite parts of this experience was being surrounded by women building their beautiful businesses while leading with heart. Women who openly shared ideas, supported one another, celebrated each other, held space, and created an environment that felt genuine, loving, and encouraging.
I was also reminded that where we place ourselves and who we surround ourselves with matters. Thoughtful space made every conversation and every lesson feel even more meaningful.
I returned home with fresh ideas, renewed energy, new lifelong friendships, and a deeper trust in the direction I am moving. I feel excited to continue building Lotus Events & Weddings in a way that feels fully aligned, intentional, relationship-driven, and rooted in creating meaningful experiences for others.
