There was something especially meaningful about Morgan & Kyle’s wedding day earlier this May. Their reception was held in the very same space where my husband and I celebrated our own wedding just three years ago, and this was my first time back since that day.

It was so special getting to see the space transformed again, this time thoughtfully designed to reflect Morgan & Kyle. One of my favorite things about weddings is that even when they take place in the same venue, no two ever feel the same. Every detail, every design choice, becomes a reflection of the people at the center of it all.

The same space, yet an entirely different story. And that is the beauty of it all.

Within the walls of the Museum of Art, timeless traditions unfolded in the most beautiful way. Powdered sugar drifting over an Italian wedding cake, a mother’s dress lovingly reimagined for the dance floor, and an heirloom family silver goblet raised in celebration- each moment layered with history and heart.
