Hi forest family!
I’m excited to share what’s already been happening at Just Love Forest in 2025.
Below, you’ll find heartfelt reflections and photos from this year’s gatherings, offering a glimpse into the spirit of the forest, whether you’ve joined us before or are still hoping to visit.

We’re now in the final 10 days of our 30-day Spring Equinox fundraiser. Twice each year around the spring and fall equinox, we invite you to support this living, breathing forest sanctuary by becoming a member, making a donation or ordering one of our limited-edition, community-designed tees.
What if healing our world begins with remembering you are nature?
Not separate. Not superior. Simply a little and essential part of … nature.
This is the soul of Just Love Forest - 716 acres of protected land where we return to what was never truly lost: our deep and wild belonging.
So far this year, we’ve gathered in grief and joy. We’ve sung around fires, built solar systems with our bare hands, sat in stillness beneath the trees, and remembered together what it means to be connected to the earth.
We believe every crisis - personal, cultural, ecological - is at its root a crisis of disconnection.
This disconnection stems from a loss of our tribal interdependence, directly supporting each other’s wellbeing.
And through presence, play and heartfelt connection, we begin to heal.
Our founding roots grow from the Bhakti yoga tradition of unconditional love, inspired by Ram Dass and Neem Karoli Baba, yet our circle is wide. All paths are welcome. All beings are welcome. Because nature welcomes everything.
Each month, our Community Weekends open the gates to meditation, shared service, sound & song, experiencing shinrin-yoku forest therapy and touring our green burial grounds. These gatherings are the heartbeat of our community - accessible, meaningful, and grounded in love.
And our retreats? They are all co-created with our talented community and friends:
Whether exploring joy, intimacy, silence, grief, native plants and mushrooms, breath or movement - each retreat is a reminder of what’s sacred within and around us.
We’re not a nonprofit but we are deeply committed to accessibility.
Our pricing is intentionally lower than most retreat centers because reconnection to nature should never be a luxury.
And whenever we’re able, we offer generous financial assistance to help make our gatherings even more accessible. We believe that healing, community, and belonging are birthrights, not privileges.
For these final 10 days of our Spring Equinox membership drive, we’re offering a chance to support this work through a donation, membership, or by purchasing one of our limited-edition tees, all designed by members of the community.
