From the very beginning, I had a vision: a black conservatory style tent at the Horticulture Center. It was an opportunity to introduce Philadelphia to a new kind of tented wedding experience.

I am endlessly proud of what our vendor partners helps us create. The artistry, the precision, the collaboration—it was extraordinary. But more than making a beautiful space, I’m even more proud of what filled it. The energy in the room. The way we show up for each other, the way we lift each other up and cheer each other on. That’s what is all about.

To : our collaborations are some of my favorite and this is no exception. Our minds work in sync and you outdid yourself on this one.

To the executive team of and : I’m proud of how we managed to somewhat seamless move a 327 event to a new day all from our situation room.

And to my incredible fellow board members: thank you for working tirelessly to make this happen. Every meeting, late night text and yes…the endless voice memos—it was all worth it. I’m grateful to work alongside you and even more grateful to call you friends.

And you were all so sneaky…surprising me with the Leadership Award through a private vote. I am truly honored. It has been a privilege of a lifetime to lead this chapter and the Philadelphia event community.

It was a bittersweet milestone to close out our 2025 season by planning and designing this intimate evening with for . When we launched the WIPA Philadelphia chapter three years ago, we had a vision: to elevate the Philadelphia wedding market, bring it out of New York’s shadow, and showcase the remarkable talent thriving in our own city.

This event felt like the truest realization of that intention—a culmination of what the founding board and I have worked tirelessly to build throughout my tenure as WIPA Philadelphia President. The energy in the room was electric, Bryan was nothing short of inspiring, and the hospitality from the was exceptional.

I’m deeply grateful and humbled by everyone who has been part of this journey—the board, our members, our former speakers, and every vendor partner who has poured their heart into strengthening the Philadelphia community.

This evening will remain one of my favorite WIPA events to date, and I’m incredibly proud to close out my presidency on such a meaningful high note.

Maggie and Paul’s unforgettable wedding day began with an intimate first look at the Four Seasons Hotel, followed by stunning portraits captured amidst the timeless beauty of Rittenhouse Square. Their heartfelt ceremony at St. Patrick’s Church in Philadelphia, officiated by the Archbishop, was made even more special with a breathtaking performance by GMA Dove Award–nominated artist and songwriter Sarah Kroger. Afterward, the couple was whisked away in a classic car to celebrate with family and friends during a cocktail hour and reception at the iconic Philadelphia Art Museum. It was a truly quintessential Philadelphia wedding weekend, filled with unforgettable moments we won’t soon forget.
