When you’re planning from afar, you need a seasoned coordinator to help bring your day to life. That’s where we come in! 😉

Cathy + Jesse booked us nearly two years before their wedding, so we had plenty of time to get to know them and craft a day that was so them — heartfelt, thoughtful, and full of little touches that made guests smile.

From a mimosa bar start to a sparkler-filled sendoff, this spring celebration had it all: a teary first look, custom cocktails named after their pups, a choreographed first dance, and even a traditional Kenyan song and dance to honor the couple. 💃

Grace + Andrew’s wedding at Rolling Ridge was the perfect mix of rustic charm and heartfelt moments. 🤍 A rain plan pivot resulted in a beautiful indoor barn ceremony followed by an epic reception!

From early morning setup to late night cleanup our team handled everything, so their only job was to celebrate with 150 of their favorite people. And celebrate they did! 🥂✨

When your lead planner’s friends get married… you know it’s going to be extra special ✨

Ceci and Alec’s Aster Cafe wedding was everything we love: heartfelt vows, candlelit romance, and a dance floor that did not quit. From the sweetest first look on the waterfront to sunset portraits with the Minneapolis skyline, every moment was magic!

Bonus? They added our photo booth (always a crowd favorite!) and Colty (husband of our own lead planner Kierra) officiated the ceremony. Full circle in the best way! 🥹
