Matt was out filming at the Sargento Store in St. Cloud. If you haven't been and you love cheese, you must go. They sell fresh string cheese that was made in the plant across the street the same day. Amazing!

Flashback to 40 years ago when Hollywood brought us a light-hearted version of AI in the form of the lovable robot, Number 5. In a simplified version of the large language models that trained today's AI systems, he trains himself by flipping through pages of books at high speed. Short Circuit was a super fun movie as a kid and one can only hope that the AI robots of tomorrow are as friendly and life-affirming as Number 5 was in the 80s. Link to the trailer below and if you are interested the full movie is streaming on YouTube for free with ads.

We had a great shoot Friday with Children's Wisconsin MACC Fund Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders and their Healing Haven Program. This program provides support to pre-teen and teen girls who are experiencing hair loss and skin changes due to chemotherapy treatment. The program is led by a licensed cosmetologist who teaches the girls about hair loss wigs, skin care, drawing eyebrows on, and make up during skin changes. We will be producing a series of short tutorial videos for the program.

Revisiting our look back 40 years at the amazing year for film 1986, I thought it was fitting for the March Madness season to recall one of the best sports movies of all time. Hoosiers tells the story of a troubled coach who leads a small-town basketball team to glory in 1950s Indiana. Gene Hackman shines. The underdog story and heartfelt moments make it a classic. Its themes of teamwork and redemption still inspire.

What's your favorite basketball movie?
