On October 25, 2025, at the Salute to Service- All American Freedom Concert, we will present the Carmine A. Casciano Salute to Service Award, recognizing ONE extraordinary Veteran for their outstanding service in and out of service that has made a lasting impact on Massachusetts.

📜 About the Award
Named in honor of U.S. Marine Helicopter Pilot Carmine A. Casciano , a hero who flew over 600 missions in Vietnam, received 32 air medals, earned a Presidential Citation, and was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross for heroism in aerial combat , this award is one of the highest recognitions the Medic Now Foundation bestows.
