Our wings start out their journey in a bath of citrus, herbs, and seasoning to chill out over night. Early the next morning the line up for a short smoke and chill out until they fly into some oil to get all crispy when the hungry peeps show up.
They are served naked (them not us!) Or tossed in sauce.
