Weekend blooms are calling! It’s shaping up to be a beautiful August weekend, so I will be opening up for U-Pick tomorrow (Sunday) from 1:00–6:00 PM.

Grab a cup and fill it with your favorites:
💐 $5 for a small cup
🌼 $10 for a large cup

And if you’re in Beatrice, swing by the Grey Morning Boutique grand opening! There’s a grab-and-go bouquet bar setup there!

How it started ➡️ how it’s going.

A little late notice, but I’m going to go ahead and open for Sunday evening U-Pick hours for the first time.

🗓️ Sunday, 7/27
🕔 5:00–8:00 PM

All flowers are fair game to cut — there’s more Queen Anne’s Lace, Cosmos, Gomphrena, and Dahlias ready as well.

Snips and cups will be provided. $5/cup for first day specialty pricing. Please no dogs. It’s going to be hot, so come prepared with water and sunscreen.

Let’s talk summer flower sales…With my hectic schedule and wedding planning, I made the decision early on to skip farmers markets this year. Instead, I’m offering more flexible U-Pick and by-request flower sales.

Here’s what that looks like:
🌼U-Pick Hours— Starting late July through mid-September, I’ll have set times each week open for visitors to come pick their own flowers.
🌼 Group Visits — Want to bring a group? Just reach out ahead of time so we can schedule.
🌼 Events + Parties — Hosting a shower or special event? You can purchase flowers by the bundle or rent my bouquet bar setup. We’ll work together on pricing and packages that fit your needs.
🌼 Photo Sessions — Sessions can kick off later this month.

Summer will be gone before we know it, and dates will fill up quickly. Message me or give me a call to chat about what you have in mind.

June might just be the month that tests my patience the most. The weeds are growing faster than everything else and keeping me with a never-ending to-do list.

The Bupleurum, Amni Mist, and Gomphrena are holding strong and leading the way, followed by the Zinnia and Sunflower rows.

I keep picturing how dreamy those rows will look for summer photos. 🌻📸 If you’ve got senior pictures, family sessions, or other milestone moments coming up, let your photographer know—we can work out session details and make it happen!

Shoutout to the best crew these past couple of weeks! They helped me get caught up on planting mums and tackling weeds—definitely not the most fun jobs, but so important. Grateful for the extra hands and all the help behind the scenes that keeps things going.

🌸 May Update🌸

I told myself I’d be better about social media this year… and then May happened. 😅

The good news? Planting is about 90% completed and we’re getting RAIN. Mums and pumpkins will be going in over the next couple of weeks.

Thanks for following along, even when it’s a little quiet on here. Growing season is in full swing, and beautiful things are on the way!

Fall Fundraising Opportunity: I’m putting together plans for fall mum sales and currently have a few organizations already interested. These will be early-blooming mums—ready for sale right after Labor Day—making them a perfect seasonal fundraiser.
