Graduations 2026 is over but many are starting to plan for 2027. I have a set number of graduations I do the first and second weekends of May on Friday and Saturday. Sunday parties need to pick up on Saturday and reheat.

I already am half booked for the first weekend so have 2 spots left. Second weekend is 2/3 booked so have 2 spots left.

Message us if you would like to have us cook à la carte for your party. It can be just a meat or two, sides, salads, and/or buns. We can do one thing or many.

Final details aren’t needed until next February or March, but once these are full, I won’t know until after these are finalized if I can add anyone else.

We appreciate everyone that books with us for any event.

Round 2 of graduations happening

34 pork butts started last night and finishing up in next couple hours, 42 # of beef to slice, 57 # of prime rib to be shaved, but still have 6 full pans of smoked Mac n cheese, 8 pans of beans, and 92 # of hash browns to turn into Bubbas Super Cheesy Potatoes. Plus bbq sauce so a pretty big run so will be ready for Saturday afternoon to be over.

Thank you to all the graduates from Pleasanton, Broken Bow, Callaway, and Gothenburg that ordered food from us.

Round 1 of graduation fun has started. About 240 # (17 roasts) of brisket and 32 # of beef roasts for thinly sliced. Am cooking some briskets for a friend as well. Also ran 5 gallons of bbq sauce. Haven’t had over 100 # of pork on it so this is really the first big test loading that much meat after we converted it to a cabinet and reverse flow. We will see how it goes so started early just to make sure enough time to do 5 batches of Pa Shayne Beans tomorrow! Congratulations to all the A-M seniors and Cooksley Ranch for your orders this round.
