Pleasant Valley Civic Center and Organization Venue is perfect for weddings, quinceaneras and events. Full kitchen, stage, large parking lot. The Civic Ctr has 2 separate levels.

Maximum capacity is 250 people each level. Each level has tables and chairs for 200, a full kitchen, stage and restrooms. There is a small playground on the premises as well. The upper level and lower level of the building are rented separately. It costs $500 deposit to secure a date for an event. The rental cost is $900, Fri - Sun and holidays. $300 Mon - Thurs. The $500 deposit is refundable if

the rental contract is upheld. There is a volunteer with the civic organization available at the building every Thursday evening from 7-8 pm to give tours, discuss availability, and discuss/process rental agreements for the building.
