Canyon Run Garlic Canyon Run Garlic is a garlic farm in Pleasant Hill, Ohio. The Canyon Run Garlic farm covers 153+ acres in the beautiful Stillwater River Valley.

It's a farm with a lot of history, and Canyon Run Garlic is the next chapter. All garlic crops are grown by principles of sustainable farming. The goal is to produce up to four acres of garlic per season without losing the hand-grown quality and while teaching young local farmers and future farmers about sustainable and organic farming methods.

We will be shipping garlic next week to all of our excited customers. (We'll even ship it if you are not excited). Here is a great way to get the full flavor of our garlic. On a Ritz cracker, or any cracker of your choice, put some sun-dried tomato soaked in olive oil, and a thin slice of our garlic. It is very flavorful and pairs well with wine (white or red) bourbon, scotch vodka... you get the picture. Try it and let me know what you think. Dale
