As I sit here having ALOT of fun prepping this custom charcuterie board to get delivered soon, I am grateful for the clients who want a local caterer, someone who’s been in the business for awhile and knows what they are doing and believes in providing the best food experience. I’ve had quite a few interesting jobs over the years including the Luke Bryan concert tour a few years ago, but today I took another order to feed a film crew coming into town. This will be the second time I get to feed THIS film crew and the third time I have been asked to feed a crew while filming in the area. This is an extreme honor and privilege and I cannot wait to serve them up some amazing food!

Got to dust off some OG KCBS BBQ judging skills today to judge a local BBQ competition for Weeping Water’s limestone days. I got to taste 14 different ribs and sides and got to shmooze and mingle with the teams prior too. I remember my comp’s and my judges and love to be standing (or sitting) on this side of the table. This was a BLAST!!!
