Garlic Stuffed Prawns- With a beautiful garlicky, scallion, Shaoxing wine, soy sauce aroma. Perfected in a bamboo steamer. It's a great appetizer for an elegant dinner party, holiday, or even served family style like I've enjoyed in authentic Chinese, Dim Sum restaurants.

Add some outdoor Smoking to your Summer Fun! My version of Hickory Smoked Salmon spice rub includes dry wasabi, ground schezuan peppercorn, salt, garlic powder, brown sugar, maple syrup glaze. We made a delicious fish dip the following day. Had we not devoured the mashed potatoes, another delicious idea would have been to make salmon cakes as well with the leftovers. Salud!

My Story

I was born in Austin, Texas to a family of serious gourmands. My destiny was sealed growing up with a tremendous amount of passion for real, fresh food made with love, tasteful and thoughtful presentation with an attention to detail at the table. My extended family practically all come from refined bakers, gourmet and rustic home cooks and experts at outdoor “parilladas”. My life has basically been centered around my parents restaurants. I have spent countless hours at our Delicatessen in Bolivia to a Basque restaurant in Austin,Texas (actress Kim Basinger frequented) and Italian, French and Spanish fine dining restaurants from DC, to Virginia, Central Florida and Miami in which my father was the head Chef and my mother his partner. My entire life was largely encompassed by our family run restaurants and I was privileged to learn alongside my father, who’s renowned 50 + years of expertise inspired my enjoyment for cooking international cuisine.

Formal culinary school is not within my repertoire, but I believe I have learned from one of the best. My father. (Cool fact, he was the personal chef to Elizabeth Taylor in the 70’s. Interesting stories!) I graduated from St. Thomas University in Miami Gardens, Florida with a degree in Global Leadership, History and Philosophy in 2007 after having an life-altering experience as a fashion model beginning at the age of 14. I was blessed to travel the world, as far as Hong Kong, and it has all been a cultural, culinary adventure which without a doubt reaffirmed my love for food and making people happy through the senses and bringing people to the table to savor good company and healthy, delicious food.

My true passion has always been creating classic, original, and global dishes in any kitchen I find myself in. Whether it be indoor, land or sea, yachting over the beautiful Caribbean island of Puerto Rico. I am happiest to provide gourmet catering and personal chef services that allow me to customize the perfect menu to make every event exceptional and memorable.

I have countless memories of sharing gourmet meals with friends and family, and it is a tradition that I cannot imagine living without. I look forward to “incontrarti al tuo tavolo!” Bon appetit!- Chef Angie Arduz
