This has become more than way to stay fit. I’ve found camaraderie, an outlet and a challenge. is pure in the sense that you get out what you put in. My body is still not where I want it to be but my level of overall fitness is way up. Mentally and physically STRONG. Boxing has helped sharpen my focus, learning to dodge them incoming hits. I encourage you all to find a hobby, stick with it like it’s your job and end the year strong. Shoutout to the best trainer in the game and the entire squad of real dudes he keep at the gym P.S. I don’t plan to ever get in the ring but I’ll take one of those bags anyway
