Seeking Director of Events & Relationships responsible for communicating with new leads, existing clients and industry partners to continue building relationships and providing superior customer service in offering & booking our vast array of entertainment services.

A Hot Party primarily services the tri-county area of Broward, Palm Beach & Miami with a collection of services spanning Music, Lighting, Variety Entertainment, Theme-Production, Prop & Equipment Rental, and a bit of Décor services. We do travel internationally with a small repeat customer base in the Caribbean & islands.

Our events typically range from $2000- $20,000 with a few repeat corporate clients in the $40-$100,000 range (which are really Fun). As a company, we've experience consistent annual growth (every year), which will be discussed in greater detail upon interview, as you will be incentivized with a Bonus based on gross revenue increase in sales.

We are not seeking an hourly (clock in / clock out) secretary or order-taker.

We are seeking a self-motivated business professional who desires an opportunity to utilize their talents in communication, negotiation, organization, and multitasking to continue growing our business and manage the ex*****on of events.

* Graphic Design or S.M.M. talents are a plus.

Work hours are somewhat flexible; estimated to range from 25-50 hours a week.

We are ‘open’ for calls & communication between 10am-6pm, however you will not be required to be "at the office" during those hours. We encourage a happy, dynamic, fulfilled life where we work hard & play hard with flexible vacation days, 3-day weekends & late-starts as needed. That also means, when we have Big Events, there will be Sat. Night commitments and late-nights to get our work done.

Overall salary is estimated between $40,000-$60,000 for your first year with additional Bonuses for Growth above previous years’ numbers & Pro Forma.

Your Experience:

We would prefer to find someone with Special Event Experience.

You MUST be highly organized and be able to multi-task, stay focused and work quickly.

Professional phone Communication & basic computer skills are also required.
