Here at Opulent Management Group, Inc the health and safety of our community has always been our top priority. As we continue to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to update you on the actions we are taking to keep our store safe and clean for you, our employees, and our wider community.

As always, the health and safety of all of YOU is our primary focus and we are committed to continuing to deliver the Opulent experience during these uncertain times.

The steps we’re taking:

• We have increased efforts to disinfect all of our high touch, high–traffic surfaces throughout the day with a commercial grade solution.
• We have free standing hand sanitizers in multiple locations across the shop for use by guests and employees to protect the safety of the community in and outside our store.
• We’re ensuring that our employees have the information they need to stay healthy or the ability to stay at home if they are feeling unwell.
• We’ve increased the number of deep cleanings in each of our shop and our warehouse.


We will continue to follow updates on COVID-19 from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local health officials to ensure we continue to provide a safe experience for our customers and a healthy environment for the Community.

While our store currently remains open for business, We will work by Appt only and hours will be modified, stay connected via Facebook for important updates.

We are seeking a friendly, reliable and competent crew member to join our vibrant company. You will be responsible for helping the company to achieve its goals and targets. Your duties may include assisting customers and answering their questions, preparing and following checklists, collaborating with management, completing daily tasks, and complying with safety and security regulations.

To excel in this role, you should be passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Successful applicants should be physically fit and be able to work irregular hours over during the week, and over weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities:
Work and communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
Arrive for your shift on time.
Respond to questions, concerns and complaints from customers, vendors or clients.
Conduct administrative duties and errands as required.
Escalate any problems or complaints to the relevant supervisor or manager.
Prioritize important tasks and manage your time effectively.
Man and operate equipment relative to your role.
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.
Requirements:
High school diploma with relevant experience.
Further training may be required.
Friendly, reliable and punctual.
Strong communication skills.
Physically fit and able to work on your feet for long periods.
Ability to work irregular hours (day and night shifts).
Enjoy working with people.
