🌵⛳ Boots & Birdies at the Omni PGA in Frisco, TX 🤠🏌️‍♂️
Texas charm met golf-course glam as we kicked off an unforgettable night at the stunning Omni PGA. Guests struck their best poses at our Golf Magazine style photo op, played a lineup of custom golf games of putt-putt skee-ball and shuffle putt-putt, and even tackled a TEXAS-SIZED Peg Solitaire board featuring tees over 3.5 feet tall—because everything’s bigger in Texas.

The custom designed and constructed 19th Hole Bar served as the perfect place to unwind, surrounded by golf trophies, spirits, and plenty of golf-inspired flair.

From big swings to bold vibes, it was a night full of fun, fairways, and true Texas spirit.

✨ POP WESTERN TAKES TEXAS! ✨🤠

When our clients challenged us to create a bold Texas-themed event that matched the energy and style of the Glass Cactus Nightclub and venue at the Ga***rd Texan, we couldn’t wait to saddle up. What started as a classic Western concept turned into a full-blown Pop Western experience — colorful, high-energy, and unapologetically fun.

Every corner of the venue had something unexpected — from immersive decor and photo opportunities, LED and Mirrored cowboys and cowgirls, and neon-painted entertainers lighting up the dance floor, to custom-embroidered neon bandanas, a liquid nitrogen dessert bar, and even a live cigar roller adding that Texas flair. 🌵💨

On the main stage, .ent kept the crowd moving all night, while American Idol 2025 semi-finalist and magician stunned guests with an exclusive, one-of-a-kind performance. 🎶🎩

This was Western — but not the way you’ve seen it before. It was bold. It was electric. It was Texas, reimagined.

✨ What an unforgettable night! ✨
We were beyond excited to have magician Zak Mirz, semifinalist from America’s Got Talent Season 20, join us live at the Glass Cactus, Ga***rd Texan Hotel!

Zak literally flew straight from the AGT set in Hollywood the night before just to be with us — and wow, did he deliver! His performance was nothing short of mind-blowing, leaving the entire crowd speechless and amazed. 🎩💫

But what truly makes Zak special isn’t just his magic — it’s his heart. He’s one of the most humble, kind, and genuine people you’ll ever meet. Thank you, Zak, for sharing your talent and energy with us! 🙌

🤠✨ Western Pop Culture brought to life! When our clients give us the creative freedom to dream BIG, the team at Event Mechanics Co. saddles up for the challenge.

From bold custom-designed graphics to modern western entertainers that doubled as living art, this night was all about pushing boundaries and having a whole lot of fun doing it.

The was glowing with energy with LED cowboys, a mirrored Cowboy, LED trick roper, America’s Got Talent 2025 semi-finalist , and so much more.

Guests enjoyed immersive photo boxes, custom embroidered bandanas, an LED cowboy hat bar, hand rolled ci**rs and more.

🎡🌟 We reimagined the State Fair of Texas for an expo hall at the 🌟🎡

In celebration of the 138th State Fair of Texas, the team at Event Mechanics Co. brought the sights, flavors, sounds and energy of the fairgrounds right into the Loews Convention Center in Arlington. From neon midway lights and cotton candy and popcorn carts to western saloon lounges, live stock barns and fair ride seating, the Big Tech Partner Expo & Showcase was more than a conference, it was a true Texas experience!

Born and raised in DFW, Cara brings a passion for creativity, connection, and unforgettable experiences to every event she touches. With a background in Hospitality Management and Online Business from UNT, she combines sharp operational skills with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Her journey started with kid-friendly parties before moving into elegant galas and weddings at top Country Clubs in Denton and Frisco. She then found her stride at The Rustic, a lively Dallas restaurant and music venue, where she managed everything from corporate events to nonprofit galas and milestone celebrations.

Known for her creativity, strong relationships, and eye for detail, Cara always goes the extra mile to make events personal and impactful. We’re thrilled to have her talents and dedication on our team.
