One crazy year it has been. Thanks to friends and family for the support. Through the ups and downs we came out strong. We fought through the storm and came out as winners. It wasn't easy but we pushed through. Never would I have thought that I would be able to do a 5K but hoped onto training with some family members and we trained every week. Some days I didnt feel like getting up but I was determined and every week I got better and better. So is life; If everything seems hard at the moment don't despair it gets better with every effort. 70lbs down. here we come.
