5 years ago, on a cold, rainy Memorial Day weekend, our little drink camper opened to the public. We opened our window and hoped people would stop by. If we left with 20 sales throughout any one day, I was ecstatic.

So much has changed since then. Like a lot of great businesses, we’ve evolved over time.

We started parked in one spot selling cold brew, lemonade, and flowers to anyone who would look our direction. Pretty quickly, we realized traveling to different events was the route we wanted to go. We also learned flowers are very hard to sell when you have absolutely no idea how many people will show up and they are very perishable.

By year two, we were booking a mix of private events, public events, and popping up anywhere that would let us park. Drinks became our focus because that’s what people sought us out for.

We always had a goal of getting into private events and adding bar service. Once we did, people started asking us for food too. At first we brushed it off, but eventually we realized how much potential there was.

By year three, we were bartending weddings and private events while offering a small food menu with things like tacos and baked goods.

Year four brought even more food inquiries. We added a second camper to our fleet, and my now husband went full time with the business so we could take on more events and expand our food offerings.

Last year, year five, we started advertising ourselves as a full service caterer.

And now, in year six, we’ve fully leaned into being a full service caterer. While our roots will always be in beverage service, most of our events today are both food and beverage catering. We’re essentially fully booked for the year, and have been for a few months, which honestly still feels surreal.

We still continue to do public events serving lemonade and cold brew and we will NEVER give that up. It’s how we built this business, how we market ourselves, and honestly, we just love doing it. Any day at an event like or the sunflower festivals at or .farm is GREAT day.

Coming at you with highlights from a winter wedding… and it was mine!! (Hi, me, Erin, the owner. For those of you who don’t know, I run the business with my now husband Randy!) We were so lucky to have tied the knot on 2.14.26. My whimsical, Valentine’s Day fantasy wedding came true🫶🏼🦢🥂♥️

Our day was so special for so many reasons… but what really made it amazing was the fact that we could involve our team in our day. Our bartenders killed it, our charcuterie was immaculate, my team who helped with misc random tasks that I asked them to do were absolute rockstars, and a very special shout out to our own Rachel for handling day of coordination (who has her own event company, check her out!)

✨It’s that time of year… we’re hiring! ✨

We’re looking for hardworking, passionate people to join the Pours & Petals team this season. Roles can include bartending, food prep, serving, working public events, or honestly we are open to any special skills you think could help make our events even better.

We’re especially looking for people who want to pick up a few event shifts a month to complement another job. Lakes Region, Monadnock area, Manchester and seacoast, we need people all over the state of NH!

There’s been a LOT going on behind the scenes we need to share… we’re on the move (again)!

We’re so excited to share that our new headquarters will soon be calling Plaistow, NH home! For those not familiar, Plaistow sits right on the southern NH border, just north of Haverhill, MA, which means we’ll be even more accessible to our friends in southern NH, eastern MA, and southern Maine!

Concord has been so good to us, and we’ll always be grateful for all the love and support we’ve received there. 💛 That said, our new space in Plaistow will open the door to some exciting growth! Our new space will be complete with a brand-new commercial kitchen/prep area for catering off-site events and an oversized garage for the campers. It is truly what we need to continue to grow!

What this means for you:
- Our northernmost point in NH will now be Tamworth (don’t worry Lakes Region, we will still be traveling to you!)
- We’re open to taking events more south now, reaching more of MA and southern Maine, up to about 1.5 hours from Plaistow (hello, South Shore & Boston suburbs!!! An area we’ve never served!!!)

All previously booked private events outside our new range will be 100% honored!

We can’t wait to share more from our new home base soon. And for now, enjoy these photos from our very first private event back in July 2021 😉

we’re going (even more) coastal, baby! 🌊 we’re licensed in the beautiful state of Maine and actively booking!

our service radius is still the same (1.5 hours from Concord, NH), but we can bring the party to your beachy or woodsy event across the border in Maine.

our radius includes towns like Kittery, York, Wells, Berwick, Lebanon and Acton (which has a stunning venue run by our friends at ) 💕

our full service area includes most of NH, north shore/northern MA, and now southeast ME.

Monday was a special day for SO many reasons!!!

I got to cook dinner for an INSPIRING group of wedding rockstars for a joyful evening of connection 🥰 what an honor!!

Cocktail hour on the patio called for changing into a dress halfway though grilling 😂 not my usual cooking attire but it will do ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

They didn’t forget a small detail as I might’ve mentioned at one point it was my birthday… so created a work of ART and surprised me with a birthday cake!! (have I mentioned she’s been on Food Network 🤪 I am shamelessly promoting her talent!)

so so so grateful to be apart of such an amazing wedding vendor community up here in NH 🥰🥰
