HELP ME FIND A VENUE
I am writing this post as I wanted to propose something that I take pride in that I have been doing for the past 9 years with my DJ company. I own my own DJ company out of Plainville, MA. I am writing to formally present a venue/sponsorship opportunity for the 9th Annual Toys for Tots Festival, a charitable community event benefiting the Toys for Tots Foundation.
The Toys for Tots Festival is a family-friendly, public event designed to bring the community together while collecting unwrapped toys for children in need during the holiday season. Over the past eight years, the festival has grown significantly and has been hosted by respected local venues including Red Heat Tavern (Milford), BoxSeats (Franklin), PiNZ (Milford), and Alumni Sports Restaurant (Franklin).

Admission: Unwrapped toy donation

Goal for 2026: Fill a U-Haul box truck with toys
Previous years have resulted in outstanding success, including filling an entire room with toys and, in one year, filling a BuzzBus. This year’s goal reflects the continued growth and support from our community and business partners.
Festival Activities
Depending on venue size and logistics, activities may include:
Professional DJs and live bands
Musical Bingo
Family entertainment (magician, face painting, henna tattoos)
Visit from Santa Claus
Raffles featuring prizes donated by local businesses
Car show (entry with an unwrapped toy, space/weather permitting)
JohnnyMac & Sons Productions manages the entertainment, scheduling, promotion, advertising, and event coordination, ensuring a well-organized and engaging experience for both guests and sponsors.
