Here is a little about G & R - Guy & Rick. Both long time industry musicians, Guy and Rick started working together back in 2009. While Guy Brogna was a former recording and touring musician (Ludichrist and Scatterbrain), he met Rick through his music store - All Music Inc. Rick Eberle at the time that they met, was working at various Long Island radio stations and also was running his public relations agency, working at Arista Records and with legendary Long Island venues The Downtown and The Crazy Donkey. Rick also had a long history in music with solo performances and his band, Iridesense. The two started working together with getting All Music publicized. From there, the two started doing various events around the Island supporting and promoting local artists at fairs, festivals, Adventureland, Walt Whitman Mall, Roosevelt Field Mall, Gold Coast Arts Center, Revolution and many other venues.

Guy helped cultivate young musicians at his former teaching location in Hauppauge - All Music’s Rock n Roll University. The school helped these young musicians go on to great things. Some students have gone on to colleges such as Berkley, while others have continued playing music (Brandon “Taz” Niederauer, Zofolk, Little Red Men...)

Rick started various “talent shows” around Long Island where he took budding stars, got them onstage in front of hundreds if not thousands of people. Here he brought in various music industry people to help mentor these musicians while also providing them with opportunities to perform and grow their craft. Guy and Rick worked and continue to work together helping discover new talent while also guiding them and giving them new opportunities.

The duo decided that even though they had their separate businesses, it would be a good idea to officially name the company and start moving onto bigger projects such as Long Beach International Film Festival, Long Island Pride, Your Big Break and running the Jones Beach Bandshell Concert Series for the last 3 years.
