A big Mahalo to the Bensons for choosing us to cater Bryce and Christina’s wedding on Saturday held at The Plans Golf course. We loved creating their menu which was Kalbi Ribs, Kalua Pig w/ cabbage, Teriyaki Chicken, Pancit, Fried Rice and Island Mac Salas and Lumpia. We sure enjoyed seeing familiar faces and Congratulations to the wonderful couple.

Got ahold of some amazing Beef ribs for Kalbi from our awesome local butcher Keith in McGowans! Perfectly cut and then soaked in our homemade Kalbi Marinade using our favorite Aloha Shoyu.. but this time a special request for gluten free for this past weekends catering job.

Our crew worked hard for the Clark Fork Valley Hospital’s Gala event yesterday. What a great menu choice: Chicken Katsu, Teri Beef, Teri chicken, Veggie Pancit and more. Thank you for choosing us to cater your event and supporting a local mom and pops business.

Aloha gang!! With this month long break, we are catching up on some needed to do things at home, but we were blessed to get asked to cater the Plains Ambulance meet and greet event last night. Grilled some teriyaki chicken, mixed some ono mac salad and tossed up some fried rice and put together a salad bar for the crew. Mahalo Plains Ambulance for supporting us!! 🤙🏼 We’re working on our schedule for the next food pop up so we’ll let you know soon when it will be.

Many of you asked if we’ll be serving again soon, but with the many commitments we had for community events such as Prom it Forward, Prom Breakfast and this weeks Easter Egg Hunt, we need this April to catch our breath.
