WE ARE BACK!! 🏴‍☠️ We’ve take a little break over the cold months and are ready to be back serving up some of the best craft BBQ around. Today we will be at our favorite pop-up spot Black Dog Vinyl Cafe for around 4:00 until we sell out!!

The Salty Pirate has been itching to serve up his creations. Tonight’s menu includes:

— Smoked Brisket Street Tacos
— Tavern Pulled Ham Sandwiches
— Smoked Mac ‘n Cheese
— Famous Corn Cakes
— All of our homemade sauces!

And we get to serve while listening to the cool tunes of Lorenzo Divizio. It doesn’t get better than that!!!

THIS SATURDAY! Our Salty Pirate Craft BBQ will be serving up amazing BBQ at Black Dog Vinyl Cafe Record Store Day!
ON THE MENU: Tavern-style pulled ham sandwiches piled high with grilled pineapple, red onion, lettuce and your choice of our homemade sauces

Plus, our slow smoked Brisket street tacos with pickled red onion, radish and smokehouse cheese.

We will have our famous corn cakes there too!!

This Saturday, the biggest day of the year: Record Store Day 2026
Black Dog Vinyl Cafe has got an all day party planned.

What a fun night!! Thanks to all who came out to Black Dog Vinyl Cafe tonight. We sold out of everything and couldn’t be more thankful for everyone who comes out to support local businesses, local musicians (Lorenzo Divizio) and eat all of the food!!!!

Can't wait for tonight at Black Dog Vinyl Cafe in Plainfield, Illinois! Incredible live music, shop vinyl records, craft beers and cocktails and our Salty Pirate Craft BBQ & Grub will be out there inside serving smoked bratwurst topped with beer infused sweet, caramelized onions and brown sugar sautéed kraut and Pulled pork hash with red potatoes, green and red charred peppers and onion with a red wine sauce. Going a little Oktoberfest style menu! Come on out to Black Dog Vinyl Cafe see you there tonight!

Kalua Pork Tacos tonight! Wrapped and cooked in banana leaves and served topped with thin sliced radish and honey dry-rubbed tri-colored cabbage topped with mango/pineapple salsa and Caribbean sauce. Add our infamous corn bread pudding muffins and a side of red beans and rice. All happening at Black Dog Vinyl Cafe in Plainfield, Illinois tonight. Incredible LIVE music, craft cocktails, craft coffee, vinyl records AND gaming tables. See you at 6:30pm
