That's Fire Catering food truck That's Fire Catering is owned by Chef Mathew Freistadt, Culinary Institute of America graduate with over 30 years of experience.

Mathew's Culinary foundation was built at places like The Four Seasons Hotel, AQUAVIT with Top Chef Master's Marcus Samuelsson, and Bon Appetit at The Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth. He has special skills when it comes to writing one of a kind menus. Having hosted private events for the Dalai Lama and First Lady Laura Bush, Mathew can write menus for any occasion. Later on Mathew found himself cr

eating menus and recipes for American Airlines on a Global scale. His ability to translate flavors into detailed recipes he transitioned his skills into the World of Flavors and Food Manufacturing. Mathew has launched dozens of food products and menu items for various companies over the last 10 years. His biggest accomplishments would be the creation of the Heinz Pitmasters BBQ Sauces and the formulation of New McDonald's McCrispy Sandwich.
