The year of our new beginning is coming to an end. Many days, I felt like I didn't do enough this year, only to realize I did enough.
We learned a lot and experienced significant events, gaining knowledge of this food Trailer World.

I had been so hard on myself because I couldn't do business as much as I would have loved to, allowing the pressure of others to get me down only to reflect on things and realize that it hadn't been a year of operating. WE HAVE DONE A GREAT GOOD JOB for the little time we've been operating the trailer; with many days of challenges we handled it gracefully and it's all because of God's mercy upon us. On days we needed help, family & friends near & far stepped in to support us. Getting a Food trailer from China was an incredible experience, was it all peaches & cream the whole ride?? not at all, But I know the end & out now, and I would do it again without hesitation; I'm so glad I took the time to research and put in the hard work to accomplish my goal this year.

-Charge your worth
-It's ok to decline an event because it might not be worth the stress or the money
- Take time for yourself
-Get some rest. If not, your body will force you to rest.
-It's ok to ask for help
-Some days will be slow
- Oh, remember to Charge what you are worth!

We are excited about the greatness of 2025, and we can't wait to serve you all again.
