To ensure every setup runs smoothly and on time, final payments must be submitted no later than one hour prior to your scheduled setup time.

This policy is not new—it has always been in place and is necessary for us to properly prepare, load, and execute each event without delays.

Failure to submit payment within this timeframe may result in a delay of your setup.

We take pride in delivering high-quality, on-time installations, and timely payments play a key role in making that happen.
