Ciao!! Christmas in June is here! The smokers are being fired up! It’s time for Salmon! We are taking orders now until next Tuesday, June 20th for our Tuscan Smoked Salmon or until we run out! We did over Christmas so be sure to order it asap! We are selling it by 1/2 side or full side(s). 1.5 pounds for 1/2 sides and a full one side is around three pounds a piece pictured is a full side. We are taking orders for our famous Award winning Jumbo Asiago Garlic Meatballs!!! If you know you know. By the way The meatballs weigh 8 ounces before we cook them so a half dozen is 3 pounds before we cook them and a dozen is 6 pounds before we cook them if any of you were wondering about size. You can order by the 1/2 dozen (18$)or 1 Dozen (35$). We will be taking orders until they sell out! The smoked salmon went in one day last time we did this so get your orders in fast! Also selling quarts of our house made marinara sauce for $10.. you can reply, inbox us, text or call! Thank you in advance! Mangia Mangia!!!! Pick up is at our catering hall in harborcreek or we can deliver for a 5$ fee.. orders will be filled on February 15th at The Harborcreek social hall or delivery from 4-7 unless someone needs accommodations.

It’s that time of year again. We are smoking Fresh Chilean Salmon for your holiday parties. Smoked with cherry wood and our own spice blend ( a lot less salty than our competitors) We are late to the party(posting) for online orders. Please message us with an order. $15.50 per pound. A whole side of salmon is roughly 3 pounds.. perfect appetizer for your families holiday. We do have orders already, so only a few more can be brined and smoked in time.. so message us today to place your order!!! Dead line is Sunday or first come first serve if we sell out

Ciao!! This week we will be back up at Luminary Distilling garnishing your Bloody Mary’s with loaded skewers along with serving up some serious grub! We have a Turkey, Pepperjack, artichokes, tomatoes & Pesto Aioli on grilled sourdough. A French toast casserole made w/ International bread topped with a pecan and walnut peak line topping served w/ berry compote and whipped cream and last but not least a chicken salad club sandwich served with lettuce, bacon and tomato on a brioche bun served with your choice of Loaded Baked potato salad or a lemon dill cucumber salad!
