our meetings, I will get to know you personally. I will work with you to understand the scope, style and timing of your needs. My team and I will be present the day of the celebration to ensure everything tracks according to plan. I look forward to meeting you! Cocktail hour unfolded on a warm, sunlit fall afternoon in Ligonier at a private residence, where the celebration felt effortlessly woven into its surroundings. Guests gathered among thoughtfully arranged details—custom cocktail napkins, signature drinks, and a beautifully considered seating display that set the tone for the evening ahead.

The design leaned into subtlety and intention, allowing the atmosphere itself to carry the story: golden light stretching across linens, conversation flowing easily, and a quiet sense of anticipation building as the day moved toward dinner. Every element was placed with care, creating a space that felt both refined and deeply personal without ever feeling overdone.

It was the kind of cocktail hour that didn’t need to announce itself—just a seamless beginning to a celebration defined by warmth, ease, and understated beauty.

A beautiful wedding day is about so much more than just the details and design. Yes, we love the florals, the tablescapes, and the perfectly curated aesthetic…but what guests feel throughout the day matters just as much.

One of our favorite ways this couple prioritized guest experience was through their seating chart display. A wall of handwritten envelopes, each filled with a personal note thanking their loved ones for the role they’ve played in their story and for being part of this chapter. Guests found their table while also feeling genuinely seen, appreciated, and connected to the celebration.

As planners, creating an experience where guests feel welcomed, comfortable, cared for, and thoughtfully considered is always at the forefront for us. Because when the logistics flow seamlessly and the guest experience is intentional, it allows everyone, especially the couple, to fully be present and enjoy the day exactly as it was meant to be!

A weekend in Little Cayman we’ll never forget! A three-day celebration that started with a rehearsal dinner on the dock followed by a pre-wedding plunge into the Caribbean blue water… to saying “I do” oceanside, bringing a Pittsburgh cookie table to the Cayman Islands (made even sweeter by the fact that the bride herself is a baker!), and ending it all with a trash the dress celebration before one final day spent poolside with everyone you love most.
Crystal clear skies, turquoise water, and a full weekend making memories with your closest family and friends, it truly doesn’t get much better than this. We can’t wait to bring you along for the exciting travel locations ahead!

The a quiet moment before guests enter…when everything feels still, and the space holds its breath. Months of dreaming, planning, and layering every detail come together in this pause before it all begins.

This design leaned into a sense of home, florals that felt like they grew exactly where they were meant to be, linens and lampshades in soft conversation with one another, and earthy tones that wrapped the entire tent in warmth.

And then, just like that, the tent was ready for guests!
