My name is Alissa Walker-Hareras, Formerly of Rivers Casino (Pittsburgh) Operations & Event Planner for the past 7 Years along with Chautauqua Institution for over 10 years. I would like to introduce myself as the Owner and Operator of “Gabriels Event Planning & Design”, a NY/Pittsburgh based private planning company featuring a contemporary approach to any style and size of your event. l’s Event Planning & Design (GEPD), has operated in the Pittsburgh market for the past 5 years and has a rich background in food & beverage and catering operations prior to coming to Pittsburgh, Gabriels started in Jamestown NY. I decided to extend Gabriel’s Event Planning & Design to Pittsburgh after evaluating the market and understand the comp set, coming to realize that Pittsburgh needed a full service “Set up” & “Cookie Table” Decor tea, that not only provides excellent service and expertise, but one that can offer a modern and contemporary approach to match your vision, presentation and having the depth of international “Style & knowledge” offerings as well. I pride myself with being able to offer multiple different styles and options, but the one thing that sets ME apart from the rest... "Artistic approach" I provide. I represent "Family & Love ", which is why I am so successful in all I do. Our goal is to meet and exceed all of our clients’ expectations and to be personally involved as owner on a daily basis. Coming from Chautauqua Institution (Athenaeum Hotel) and Multiple Casinos (Seneca Allegheny & Niagara Casinos),my latest being Rivers Casino, operating multi-million dollar restaurant and catering operations as senior management at multiple Casino Properties & Resorts around the country, I have the expertise and drive to regularly bring an elevated experience to business and your guests, whether it be for special events, Decor, Cookie Table Set up, or planning need. Currently I have established accounts in the Pittsburgh market working alongside RoseBuds Floral & Giftware of Murrysville.
