Since our founding we have enjoyed many successes and are proud of the continued growth that we've been able to sustain year after year.

After receiving requests from numerous organizations, it was decided that the running community would greatly benefit from an all-in-one timing and race management company. LightSpeed Race Management (formerly Elite Runners Race Management) was thus founded in the Spring of 2013 under the umbrella of its parent company, Elite Runners & Walkers, Now Pro Bike + Run.. We believe that our achievements are seated in our dedication to the running community, attention to detail, and our ability to assist race directors at every step. A key component to our timing and management process was our decision to use the leader in endurance timing solutions, ChronoTrack Systems, Athlinks.com, and on a local level our retail sister company, Pro Bike + Run. Through our relationships, we have been able to make more choices possible while simultaneously making the entire process far more manageable, intuitive, and socially accessible for race directors, participants, friends, and family alike.

RACE RECAP - Trick or Trot and Tot Trot

Running in the fall can be absolutely spectacular and this past Saturday, the 7th Annual Trick or Trot 5K in Murrysville was no exception. This annual tradition takes place on the beautiful Westmoreland Heritage Trail which is the absolute perfect setting for a fall event. The sun was shining. The air was crisp. The costumes were amazing and a great time was had by all.
Congrats to our race and costume winners, as well as everyone else who participated. For the staff and volunteers, this is one we especially look forward to every year and we were so excited to see everyone.

That being said, races don’t happen without the support and commitment of great local community organizations and businesses. At GCXC, we are proud to work with some of the best and hope you will take the time to check them out and learn about all the terrific things they do.
