Alright,. Planning the next tastings and nose training sessions. It's been a while. Had some health issues but planning a comeback. Get you and your family your yearly checkup and do self breast exams. Get carbon monoxide detectors. And.... Smell some wine!!!

So found a reason to like Poland a little bit more. The cherry wine was amazingly good. It actually had some depth and complexity of flavor. More so than other fruity wines I've had in the past. May need to experiment some more.

Hello there! Just a reminder that we still do private catering and wine classes. Our calendar is starting to fill up with grad parties and the like. Now that our son Cody Ocean is 6 months, we are starting to get the hang of things, and wine classes and events are getting planned and scheduled now!
