There were so many favorite moments from Kaveri and Keith's wedding this weekend that it would be impossible to name them all!

From their perfect little pup, Boondi dressed in his Nehru Jacket to a ceremony that combined the rich heritage of each family, the love and joy shared between them and all in attendance made it a day that will not be soon forgotten! It was an absolute honor to be a part of their big day. ❤️

I always tell couples that my favorite part of doing ceremonies is the unique elements that they bring to the table. Amber and Shawn chose to include a handfasting ceremony, and it is something that I hope to have the chance to include again in the future. It was such a beautiful addition and made the day just a little extra special! ❤️

Fifteen years ago today, I married my best friend - and now co-worker - on a snowy February afternoon. At that time, we had no clue how to plan a wedding, but we did our best, and it was one of the happiest days of our lives.

Every time we do a wedding now - especially when we get to do one together - we remember this day. And we want every couple that we work with to be able to look back on their wedding day as not only a memorable event but as a day full of love and joy.

I don't miss most of the pandemic period, BUT I always loved the intimate backyard ceremonies of the time. It has been a while since I've officiated one, so I was over the moon to be a part of Tyler and Morgan's wedding this weekend!

From the lovely embroidered handkerchief that the groom gave his mother to their gorgeous flower dog, Penny, plus some wedding crashers in the form of the neighborhood deer, it was a day not soon to be forgotten!

Green was the theme today and it was GORGEOUS. Eric and Nichole's love of plants helped to shape every aspect of their wedding, including a Planting Ceremony. Together they watered a Golden Pothos, with heart-shaped leaves, which had grown from a cutting taken from her grandmother's own plant.

Plus, it was another furkid wedding, this time featuring Penny!

made for the perfect place to accentuate their theme, and a shout out to the fantastic photographers, Danielle and Dillon at , too!

Friday's wedding had the birds, Saturday's featured furry animals, but Sunday's was all about art!

For Ashley and Tony's wedding, we included the wine box ceremony, but what made it even more special was that Tony's dad, Lou, (who happens to be a professional woodworker) specially crafted the box for them!

complemented the art theme by doing a beautiful live painting of the ceremony throughout the wedding.

The couple also chose to forgo the traditional guest book, letting the guests know that their cards would be turned into a coffee table book!

But the icing on the cake was that I got to work with with my favorite wedding vendor - yes, I'm pretty biased... 😊

As an avid animal lover, I know that I'm biased, but anytime a couple includes their furkid in the ceremony, I am over the moon.

Morgan and Tyler went one further. Not only did their sweet dog, Neesha, walk down the aisle in her fnaciest dress, Morgan and her bridal party entered on a horse-drawn carriage pulled by two beautiful white horses!

Tyler added his own special touch, having his grandfather serve as his best man. Of course, being a grandpa, he had to include a "dad" joke by first giving me a ring pop instead of their wedding bands. 🤣

These little personal choices are the reason I love what I do. ❤️

I also have to mention how fantastic the staff is at The Heritage Barn at . From Kelsey the on-site coordinator to Steve the house DJ/MC to Denny who happily answered all of my questions - every single person ensured that the day went perfectly. It doesn't hurt that the venue and grounds are so beautiful, too!

Thanks to all, but especially to Morgan and Tyler for allowing me to be a part of their special day!

Wow! Amy and Zach's wedding in Hershey was our first trip here and we will not soon forget it. Every detail was gorgeous, the staff was amazing, and the wonderful couple deserved it all.

My favorite part of officiating weddings is that I have the best seat in the house for one of the happiest moments in a person's life. Congratulations Lori and Dean as you start your new chapter in life together!
