1. Roasted chicken breast. Flavor options: bourbon glaze, Cajun, garlic herb Parmesan
2. Sesame ginger glazed meatball bowl w/ jasmine rice, garlic green beans
3. Baked salmon. Flavor options: bourbon glaze, Cajun, old bay butter
4. Cajun chicken wrap provolone, cool ranch. Comes with fruit and chips
5. Chicken Caesar salad
Flavor options: lemonpeper, garlic herb, Cajun

Vegetables: steamed broccoli, ginger glazed carrots, roasted cauliflower

Starch: roasted herb potatoes, rice pilaf

4. Southwest chicken wrap. Black bean salsa, cheddar jack, chipotle mayo.
5. Chicken Caesar salad. Romaine, Parmesan, croutons, Caesar dressing: choice of flavor for chicken: Cajun, garlic herb, lemon pepper

Vegetables: steamed broccoli, green bean almondine, garlic Parmesan Brussels sprouts

Starch: roasted red potatoes, whipped sweet potatoes, Mediterranean rice
